This year's cookery club got under way today, with the theme "Cook your lunch, Eat your lunch". Every two weeks, a group of twelve students will be racing against the lunch hour clock, in order to prepare and eat a top quality meal, entirely from scratch.

Under the guidance of Mr Golden and Ms Lund, students from 7.3 and 7.5 got the ball rolling with a classic Italian sauce and pasta. The group of enthusiastic young chefs just managed to cook and eat within the available time. In two weeks they will be trying their luck with classic British dish, toad-in-the-hole.
